As Principal of the school I was involved with making and implementing all administrative decisions required for the efficient, productive and smooth running of the school. As Principal I managed/supervised the Accounts, HR, Security, Maintenance, and Admissions department amongst others which were part of my work for managing the day-to-day operations.

As the examinations incharge I was responsible for making all decisions with respect to examinations and results, such as identifying the eligible and illegible students for examinations based on their performance according to standards set by the administration. As coordinator I was responsible to manage all the class teachers, substitute teachers, students and the syllabi and monthly assessments.
