Ensuring all website programming and development activities and rollout for all in-house developed websites and intranet are executed according to the project plan and that target dates are met.
Working closely with any agency or company contracted to develop, update or design any and all parts of the website.
Monitoring and tracking the budget and any expenditures related to developing and maintaining the website
Maintaining and creating user-friendly website maintenance administration tools for staff, based on project plans, within the parameters of staff needs, associated budget if any, and time lines.
Ensuring the vision of the brand is communicated effectively throughout the website and its activities.
Uploading, managing and monitoring all content on the website, which may be provided by the Publications, Press, and Sponsorship & Marketing departments.
Monitoring, troubleshooting and helping develop all of the Festival’s database-related forms and modules on the site, including but not limited to submission and accreditation forms, online film guide, web-access pages and online ticketing.
Using the website's homepage to promote any aspect of the festival deemed necessary by senior staff, such as advertising films with low ticket sales, announcing special events and news items.
Coordinating set-up and maintenance of all organizational websites
Posting online festival dailies and assists in coordinating with the Online Marketing Office to ensure email blasts of the same are sent to the relevant mailing lists.
Developing new systems for gathering information and content for the website
Coordinating with any design and/or coding agencies in the development of micro-sites for specific projects if necessary.
Training other staff in the use of all website systems.
Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the website.
Handling miscellaneous maintenance of in-house websites and research on new projects.
Managing the festival's social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Linkedin)
Managing and developing web and multimedia project. Every project usually includes: a graphic design phase, a development phase (which includes the input of client content and product data into a full site management system with components such as; content management, email marketing, events calendar, and ecommerce capabilities), and then a post-launch phase. Some projects include custom development to deliver client specific functionality.

Communicating directly with clients to define and implement website requirements.
Managing developers and outside resources in the development of approved site or application requirements from project initiation through post launch phase.
Creating timelines and tracking progress of multiple projects making sure they are on time and on budget.
