Tanfeeth is a fully owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD providing back-office and operational services to ENBD and its group of companies here in the UAE and abroad.

Reporting directly to the Head of Employee Services, managing a team of HR system specialists providing ICT services for Emirates NBD and all its subsidiaries locally and overseas. Some of my responsibilities include:
• Provides an administrative direction to the team in alignment with the business goals of the organization.
• Proactively analyzes gaps and problems in the system and influences stakeholders and senior leaders to take suggested corrective action to ensure we maintain the high levels of performance of HR Technologies such as Oracle e-Business Suite (HRMS), Oracle Performance Management Cloud (Fusion), Taleo, and SharePoint.
• Accountable for the effective delivery of the HR Service Packs (Enhancement and Product Backlog) ensuring maximum value is delivered on every service pack.
• Engages with and influences both business stakeholders and IT counterparts to ensure changes in the system due to upgrade, enhancements, customizations, and/or configurations adhere to the agreed timelines, levels of service, and business and financial goals.
• Part of the key team that drive the HR digitization strategy by working in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that we have the best in class HR software and processes in place.
• Part of the core team responsible for the migration of the current EBS system to the new Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
