• Manage the daily operational routine that controls the relationship between the head office and the point of sales
• Prepare the yearly operation Department Budget, and make sure that the overall expenses of the company is well managed and
controlled, as well as suggesting strategic plans to reduce the company’s cost and maximize the overall profits
• Prepare /update and implement the operational manual, and make sure the process and procedures are fully adapted by all the
team members, to control the overall performance of the company
• Solve the obstacles that might face the company by analyzing it and suggest the best scenario
• Put up an operational strategy of the year “Business plan” along with the new opening schedule, men power requirement,
merchandizing strategy, renovation schedule
• Head the “the Export and the Import” team, by supervising the supply chain and set up the logistics process

the brand performance and the business plans to uplift it
