Duties and Responsibilities:
•Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair of light & heavy truck
•Troubleshooting and repair engine technical problem
•Undercarriage, Brake system troubleshooting & repair of light & heavy truck
Mechanical Repairs (Major and Minor):
•Engine Over heat, water & oil mix, Engine blow by, Engine choke, Engine Diesel and water mixing, Fuel injection pump, fuel pump & injector malfunction, cylinder gasket broken, re timing firing order sequences & tune up.
•Replaced differential axle bearing & seal, transmission gear shifter malfunction
•Replaced and adjust brake system and transmission lining and component
Undercarriage Repair (Major and Minor):
•Transmission gear shifter malfunction
•Transmission Clutch Lining replace & repair, Axle and final drive seal resealing and rechanges bearing
•Differential, propeller cross bearing, Brake system troubleshoot & repair.
Overhauling/Rebuild experience (engine model, components):
•4D34 - Mitsubishi FUSO - fuel pump & injection pump, oil cooler, turbo, exhaust manifold, timing chain, rocker arm, cylinder valve, valve seal, valve lock, cylinder head, cylinder gasket, fuel injector, camshaft, crankshaft, piston, piston ring, connecting rod, oil bearing, cylinder block, connecting bearing, cylinder sleeve liner, oil fan, fly wheel, front drive wheel, fan belt & alternator belt, alternator, starter, water pump
Batteries and Electrical System Repairs:
•Check Batteries Fluid, recharging batteries & replaced batteries if busted
•Check alternator if charging and starter motor, check supply of current electricity in the panel board or remove and rectify or replace if necessary
Diagnostic Tools/Software used:
•Pillar gauge, torque wrench, multi meter
