• Responsible in providing effective and safe engineering services in multiple disciplines
(mechanical, electrical or utilities).
• Conduct Preventive maintenance for Cooling Tower and Chiller (Trane), Air compressor
(Atlas Copco), AHU, FCU
• Implementing improvement towards safety, quality, cost, and delivery of each given
tasks.
• Responsible in conducting routine maintenance on all company machinery and
equipment to include fault finding, problem solving and minor repairs to minimize down
time.
• Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Responsible in repairing hydraulic cylinder, pumps, Manual wrapping machines
• Providing efficient maintenance and repair service to plant equipment to prevent or
minimize breakdowns and down time.
• Conducting routine maintenance on all company machinery and equipment to include
fault finding, problem solving and minor repairs to minimize down time.
• Keeping the plant running to optimum production availability.
• Implementing improvement towards safety, quality, cost, and delivery of each given
tasks
• Providing effective and safe engineering services in multiple disciplines (mechanical,
electrical or utilities).
• Conducting preventive maintenance activities in all plants and machineries.
• Performing Standard Procedures in maintaining the machines used.
• Evaluating the machines for proper troubleshooting and timely remedies. (LN8 -Gable
Top Filler, Bottle machine- Delmax, Clear Pack - Wrapping machine, Challenger Filling
machine 3m head, Delmax cup filling 4-500-4tf)
• Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Completing work orders as per agreed standards and specifications.
• Providing technical assistance to the Operations Team.
• Ensuring that the production flow is observed and maintained.
• Implementing improvement towards safety, quality, cost, and delivery of each given
tasks
