• Served as Disclosure Counsel for the OCFO. Principally responsible for reviewing, drafting and responding to FOIA requests. This requires communicating FOIA requests to relevant program offices, reviewing the relevant materials and balancing privacy concerns, interests of the agency and mandatory/permissive disclosures allowable under District FOIA law.
