Freelance graphic and 3d Visualizer for clients local and abroad. Conceptualization and Execution of Interior /Architectural 3d design requirements for retail, residential and commercial clients in the Middle East and New Zealand . Also includes preparation of detailed plans in autocad of Design spaces and elements.
-Manage and supervise Designers, 3D Modelers and Contractors in design conceptualization and development until execution on site ensuring delivery of design requirements to client in the highest standard and satisfaction.
-Manage and supervise other related works including advertising, documentation and administrative work.
-Conceptualize and execute 3D interior and architectural perspective design, prepare autocad plans .
-Conducts Design presentation to clients together with architects and engineers
-Manage and supervise Designers, 3D Modelers and Contractors in design conceptualization and development until execution on site ensuring delivery of design requirements to client in the highest standard and satisfaction.
-Manage and supervise other related works including advertising, documentation and administrative work.
-Conceptualize and execute 3D interior and architectural perspective design, prepare autocad plans .
-Conducts Design presentation to clients together with architects and engineers
-Conceptualize and execute advertising materials like brochure, catalogues and flyers .
-Meets with clients in to discuss Interior Designing needs and Conducts Design presentation to clients who are members of the royal family together with architects and engineers
-Conceptualize and executes interior and exterior perspectives for presentation with programs like 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Autocad .Working closely with engineers and decorators
-Prepares autocad plans and details for work execution.
-Visit sites and supervise work during finishing and interior decorating.
-Assist Designers in conducting design presentation to clients and work together in Design concepts with Decorators and personnel.
-Conceptualize and executes interior and exterior perspectives for presentation with programs like 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Autocad .Working closely with engineers and decorators
-Conceptualize and execute murals, paintings and furniture designs
-Visit sites for measurement specifications and take photos for design conceptualization and development.
-Conceptualize and organize art events like exhibits, outdoor painting and inter active art events
-Front runner in spreading art awareness and education in the region by conducting technical art classes in schools and numerous summer art workshops.
Study in art theories and methodology -technical skills in painting medium like oil,watercolor,acrylic etc.
-Study Programming languages like Cobol , Database etc.
