Ensures that the HR Policies and Procedures are implemented across all departments within the Hotel. HR Operations and processes are carried out accurately on a day to day basis. Maintain Reports and Data pertaining to HR. In charge of Employee Relations and welfare.
Provides recruitment and selection service through various sources to meet the company’s needs.
Coordinates the recruitment, selection and employment of middle management and operative employees in conjunction with the Heads of Department.
Assists with the preparation of the Human Resources budget and Annual Manpower Forecast - Not tackled yet being new in the position.
Prepares and presents the Monthly HR Report to the Executive Office.
Organizes regular Monthly / Annual Staff Party as per standard formats.
Organizes regular Employee Sports and Social Activities, and to promote team spirit and maintain high employee morale.
Ensures that all in-house rules and regulations are adhered to.
Provides advice on all employment and health and safety matters, including issue arising in connection with employment legislation, to ensure that the company meets legal and social obligations and avoid legal actions
Administers along with PRO all work permits where applicable. (Employment Visa, Health Cards etc.)
Ensures that all employee records are kept up to date.
Coordinates the administration of the employee performance appraisal system and acts as a mediator if necessary.
Administration of the employee’s salaries and benefits.
Coordinates employee transportation.
Provides counseling to employees in career prospects, personal issues, job related issues etc.
Manages department’s administrative tasks
Attends executive meetings.
Coordinates what has transpired in the meetings to the H.R. Director.
Handles recruitment from vacancy postings to on boarding.
Signs important documents in the absence of the Director.
Handles employee/staff queries and concerns.
Processes documents for international recruitment trips.
Liaises with the recruitment heads of the partner agencies internationally.
Act as the head of the department in the absence of the H.R. Director.
Ensures the smooth operation from within the H.R Department.
Conducts accommodation inspection monthly/quarterly.
Monitors employee headcount per department to ensure that it’s not above the budget to alleviate excessive cost for the hotel.

*Ensures PR Requests for Air Ticket are properly documented with accurate information.
*Ensures earliest response to the staff in case they require letters and forms forms related to their employment with H.R.
*Keeps a record of all the documents moved to departments for signature.
*Ensures updated personal files of the staff and other H.R. office files.
* Ensures all necessary documentation of the resigned employees.
*Liaises with GRM for cancellation process.
*Ensures adequate documentation for Passport Release
*Coordinates with accounts department the reports related to payroll.(i.e manual time sheets/punch details/disciplinary actions for the cut-off period
*Coordinates with GRM the Medical Tests schedules of the staff for both new joiners and OHC medical.
*Coordinates visa application with GRM and the staff .
*Prepares documents necessary for visa application.
*Assists both the GRM and the new staff in processing Emirates ID requirements and application.
*Coordinates and assists the Assistant Manager for scheduling the interviews .
*Assists the Assistant Manager in Training Opportunities ( if required)
