- In charge of group medical insurance.This includes; enrollment of members and dependents, cancellation of leavers, member plan transfers, claims processing and tracking, invoice processing for payments to the insurance company, arranging prior approvals for members, liaising with the insurance personnel for any pending issues to have closure.
- In charge of processing all the promotion proposals for employees before approval and sign off by the board of directors.
- In charge of preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual attendance reports to the department heads on employee attendance, turnover and absenteeism.
- Ensure the employees salary certificates, consulate letters etc. are prepared and distributed on time.
- Review personnel evaluation forms and put forth remarks to the senior management.
- Handling sensitive cases such as employees who are under disciplinary action.
- Mantaining and updating employee details in Oracle HRM system.
-Maintain a comprehensive administrative filing system including archival and storage of confidential files and documents of HR department.
-Provide administration support and self-correspondence for internal/external matters.
-Sort out all incoming / outgoing mails and correspondence on the basis of urgency, priority, confidentiality or routing to facilitate quick and efficient service to the concerned.
-Assists and answers questions and inquiries for the human resource office in person, over the phone and through Email.
-Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly. -Accuracy in call logging and categorization.
