• Commission to work with Maint/CHEM 3 support team composed of EO&D and PO&D.
• Coordinates and works with other ODMS support and implementation roles to "implement" and "maintain" the ODMS
• Mantaining/updating Team Sharepoint Folder
• MOC (Management of Change), E&AT (Event and Action Tool)
• Gathering of valuable information to measure our Department overall performance (Dashboard).
• Coordination, Implementation and Maintenance of the Operating Discipline Management System (ODMS)
• Develop and implement plan for initial ODMS for new facility.
• Develop tracking mechanism for implementation of ODMS for new facility.
• Coordinate development and implementation of ODMS with all Operations team members (Maint/Chem 3).
• Ensuring that the Maintenance Operating Discipline System is a part of department goals and objectives and they are aligned with the site plan.
• Develop and deliver training for Operators, Engineers, and others on ODMS development, use, and auditing.
• Leverage procedures, policies, and tools in/out to facilitate use of best practices.
• Work closely with the envelope ODMS implementation leader to define and implement best practices and maintain the electronic document management system.
• Providing administrative and secretarial works for the Supervisor General ETA of the University.
• Maintaining systematic records of files for Engineering & Technical Affairs Department.
• Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
• Overall control of all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Communication with the concerned contractors as needed.
• Preparing formal business correspondences and answering telephone inqueries.
• Preparing wide range of communication, reports and documents.
• Dealing with employees questions and requests.
• Making Purchase Orders Request and Completion Reports.
• Requesting/Receiving of Office Supplies from the Warehouse.
• Maintaining office scheduling and event calendars.
• Handling petty cash and closure (ETA Department).
• Getting into contact to our clients through e- mails or telephone.
• Responsible for answering phones, sorted and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Coordinating with other departments such as HR, Warehouse, IT Dept., Auxiliary Dept., Accounting Dept. and Administration Dept. with regards for all concerns pertaining to our department.

• Creating report to close/resolve complaints.
