As an Academic Directress at TK Al Ikhlas Rabbani, I am responsible for leading and overseeing the overall academic program of the kindergarten. My role includes designing and developing the curriculum in alignment with Islamic values, supervising teachers to ensure high-quality instruction, and maintaining a nurturing learning environment that supports children's cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual development.

I also monitor students’ progress, conduct teacher evaluations and training, coordinate academic planning, and ensure that classroom practices meet the school’s educational standards. In addition, I collaborate with parents to support each child’s growth and ensure that the learning process reflects our mission of building strong character, adab, and foundational knowledge from an early age.
My responsibility is not only administrative but also visionary — ensuring that the school consistently delivers meaningful, value-based early childhood education.

From 2023 to 2025, I served as the School Principal of TK Al Ikhlas Rabbani. In this role, I was responsible for leading the overall management and operations of the school, ensuring that both academic and administrative functions ran effectively and in alignment with the institution’s vision and Islamic values.
My responsibilities included supervising teachers and staff, overseeing curriculum implementation, managing school programs and activities, maintaining communication with parents, and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students. I also handled strategic planning, quality control, team development, and school performance evaluation to continuously improve educational standards.
As Principal, I focused on building a strong school culture rooted in discipline, character development, and collaboration, while ensuring that the institution operated professionally and sustainably.

From 2017 to 2020, I served as a Homeroom Teacher for Grade 1 (girls-only class). In this role, I was responsible for managing the classroom environment and delivering daily instruction across core subjects, ensuring that lessons were engaging, structured, and aligned with the school’s academic standards and Islamic values.
I guided students in their academic development while also nurturing their character, discipline, and social skills during their foundational years of primary education. As a homeroom teacher, I closely monitored students’ progress, provided individualized support when needed, maintained regular communication with parents, and ensured each student’s emotional and spiritual well-being.
