*Set and meet targets for material in line with strategic business plan.
*Gathering market information to develop value added products to meet customer requirement.

*Keeping updated information on market trends, price fluctuations, Currency fluctuations and other raw material /commodities.
*Providing timely feedback to top management regarding market fluctuations, opportunities, treats and related issues.
*Keeping track of incoming and out going funds in co-ordination with accounts team.
*Support warehousing and Logistics functions to maintain cost effective/ timely deliveries and efficient storage and handling.

Products: Full line Food Products and Non Food products for Anele Clients Staff: One Ass Purchasing Mng, Four Purchasing Clerk
*Responsible of all Anele clients in the AIR division like Airline Catering Companies and Airlines in Turkey.
*Main Functions: Sales, Marketing, Product development, Business Development.
*Close Collaboration with Purchasing and Purchasing planning ensuring accurate purchase of the goods ordered by client with optimum quantities according to sales forecast.
*Close Collaboration with Sales Planning tracking and updating sales figures & forecasts.
*Tracking together with Accountancy Clients payments and risks. Determining limits for each client together with Finance.
*Feedback to Top Management about clients market position, investements, opportunities, risk, sales figures and potential new clients.
*Feedback to customs and logistic department about deliveries, delivery performance and goods conditions at arrival to client.
Total Sales 2010 : 3, 8 mil USD.
Forecasted Sales 2011: 5, 5 mil USD
Products: Full line food and non food products used in Catering. Inflight Materials for Airlines.

* Developing and implementing Procurement policies, procedures and supply chain strategy to establish a consistent approach in purchasing.
* Planing and oversee the commercial negotiations for goods and services as required to achieve the best value for money.
* Developing supplier relationship to leverage the cost savings of key suppliers.
* Seeking to continually improve and update the procurement techniques, tools and strategies to ensure that Anele is at the leading edge of our industry.
*Developing and implementing a network of strategic suppliers to ensure sustainable supply of core items at best quality, price and conditions
*Procuring and representing new item lines to improve and achieve new sales and contracts for the company
*Foresee opportunities and lead purchasing, sales, finance to act and benefit for the company
*Close collaboration with Purchasing and Sales sharing market information, trends etc
*Improving relationship with current suppliers
*Responsible of all Int purchasing and Importation
*Managing all logistic and customs clearance accordingly
*Purchasing all company uniforms from local and Int vendors.
*Purchasing non food, professional kitchen instruments, equipments, furniture.
*Preparing weekly and monthly reports of; savings, projects, new items, new suppliers.
*Measuring supplier performance and take necessary records for monthly and yearly evaluations
*Member of Quality Assurance, Operations, Sales, Product Development groups.
*Indirect Management of the Bonded Store.
*Direct Management and responsibility of Bonded Stock levels and Stock Turnover
*Reporting to the Purchasing Manager.

Staff: One Exc Secretary
*Managing the final assembly of all catering equipment and food before truck loading.
*All controls according to customer agreements and menus.
*Supervision of handling and delivery during aircraft loading.
*Participant of Customer meetings, operation meetings representing client or/and company.
*Bridge role between client and company.
*Continuous customer feed back and reports to Sales Department and Operations Manager.
*Cross check of customer menus, loading plans and catering agreements.
*Training Drivers and Loaders according to company instructions, legal instructions, client instructions.
*Acting as Unit Manager at Night Shift
