*Set and meet targets for material in line with strategic business plan.

*Gathering market information to develop value added products to meet customer requirement.

*Monitoring adequate inventory levels together with purchase planning manager as per budget and set targets.

*Keeping close coordination with Anele sales team and other supporting departments. To keep close watch on market fluctuation in terms of product prices, quality, aesthetics and other commercial issues.

*Educating / updating the team on various regulations documentation and certifications required for customs or other authorities in respective countries.

*Keeping updated information on market trends, price fluctuations, Currency fluctuations and other raw material /commodities.

*Providing timely feedback to top management regarding market fluctuations, opportunities, treats and related issues.

*Keeping track of incoming and out going funds in co-ordination with accounts team.

*Support warehousing and Logistics functions to maintain cost effective/ timely deliveries and efficient storage and handling.

*Responsible of all Anele clients in the AIR division like Airline Catering Companies and Airlines in Turkey.

*Main Functions: Sales, Marketing, Product development, Business Development.

*Close Collaboration with Purchasing and Purchasing planning ensuring accurate purchase of the goods ordered by client with optimum quantities according to sales forecast.

*Close Collaboration with Sales Planning tracking and updating sales figures & forecasts.

*Tracking together with Accountancy Clients payments and risks. Determining limits for each client together with Finance.

*Feedback to Top Management about clients market position, investements, opportunities, risk, sales figures and potential new clients.

*Feedback to customs and logistic department about deliveries, delivery performance and goods conditions at arrival to client.
