Responsibilities:
▪ Preparation of Annual service charge budget in line with RERA regulations and carrying out a monthly review of financial reports
▪ Conduct Annual General Assembly of Owners Association
▪ Prepares monthly report on the building occupancy, service charge collections and overall condition of the buildings being managed.
▪ In charge of the day-to-day operations of the buildings being managed
▪ Conduct regular building inspections of all the projects being managed and ensure all activities performed in compliance with RERA and the local law’s requirements
