Sell products that are being distributed by SMS GT (e.g. caller id, call cards, and
adaptor).
• Encourage customers to subscribe and use new promos and services that are being
provided by PLDT. Some of them are cheaper calls local and abroad using call
cards of PLDT, unlimited internet connection and other telephone features;
• Assist customers in completing the necessary documentation in fulfilling a sale;
• Uphold the accuracy of documents (e.g. application forms, official receipts);
• Fulfill all sales report requirements on time;
• Enter all the data of customer to the system and ensure the accuracy of it;
• Call and inform the subscriber about the results of their Application;
• Handle inbound/outbound telephone communications and other perform such
other duties as assigned by the company from time to time in its sole discretion.
