• Prepares salary calculations for partial month payrolls and inputs compensation and benefits data into SAP System.
• Calculates retro payments, ensures accuracy and answers employee queries related to retro payments.
• Calculates and prepares end of service payment documents and ensures the final clearance form has been obtained prior to processing the payment.
• Inputs new employees' salary data, promotions, transfers, and processes compensation and benefits through SAP System as per the employment contracts and applicable policies.
