• Prepares salary calculations for partial month payrolls and inputs compensation and benefits data into SAP System.
• Calculates retro payments, ensures accuracy and answers employee queries related to retro payments.
• Calculates and prepares end of service payment documents and ensures the final clearance form has been obtained prior to processing the payment.
• Inputs new employees' salary data, promotions, transfers, and processes compensation and benefits through SAP System as per the employment contracts and applicable policies.
• Processes payroll related allowances on time, avoiding any duplication or over payment
• Maintains accurate information of employee leave and provides support during annual vacation carry-over process and leave encashment.
• Creates electronic and manual new employee files and maintains regular ongoing filing for current and historical records.
• Prepared and issued desired certificates requested by any employee.
• Conducted job fairs and interviews for the applicants.
• Organized trainings and workshops for the employees.
• Coordinated with several of the University Dean’s, discussed about scholarship programs for the Tourism students.
• Coordinated with Qatar Airways for a yearly ticket sponsorship and maintained good relationship between both parties.
• Edited contracts for the employees and updated records.
• Arranged duty visit trip for the Chairman and all employees (travel schedules and hotel reservations).
