Responsibilities And Duties:
1)Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
2)Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
3)Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
4)Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
5)Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
Responsibilities And Duties:
1)Receive and deliver food and beverage orders and collect payment.
2)Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
3)Ensure that tables and side stands are kept stocked, tidy and clean.
4)Ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering quality guest service and amenities.
5)Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities And Duties:
1)Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned.
2)Adhere to procedure and ensure all rooms inspected according to department standards.
3)Comply with all rules regarding health and safety of guests and coworkers
4)Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
5)Make beds and fold sheets
6)Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items
I have completed my matriculation at St. Theresa English High School. I got 80% out of 100%.
