• Review of shop drawings, IFC, ITP, method statements, and material submittals in accordance with relevant standards (Kahramaa, QCS, IEC, British standards, IEEE Standards). Preparing C/R (Construction/Contractor) sheet.
• Preparation of daily site diary to document all activities at the site and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Inspection of completed work by the contractor, comparing it with shop drawings and preparing as-built drawings. Responding to raised RFI (Request for Information) by the contractor.
• Performing field inspections to verify that the work performed by the contractor meets project specifications, standards, drawings, and contractual requirements before final acceptance.
• Issuing site memos, site instructions, surveillance reports, near miss reports, non-conformance reports, and following up for rectification and corrective actions. Participating in pre-commissioning activities, including closing punch items.
• Witnessing factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, material inspection requests, functionality tests, and commissioning of electrical systems in coordination with vendors, engineers, third parties, and the project team.
