• Estimation, costing & bidding / tendering for all types of projects like Item Rate, Lump sum, Cost Plus, EPC / Turnkey, etc.
• Preparation of techno- commercial proposals with contract conditions,
• Tender evaluation, Technical discussion, Negotiation and Contract finalization.
• Making proposal
• Order finalization and Procurement of major items / materials of awarded Projects.
• Coordination Between all the departments
• Inquiries, negotiation and finalization of orders with suppliers / venders / sub-contractors for major items of awarded project.
• Providing throughout support / information to execution team during execution of awarded projects for smooth functioning.
• All techno commercial correspondence during entire tendering process and up to finalization of contract.


Cost Control
• Live cost Monitoring and Control
• Preparation of monthly cost-allowable report for all projects
• Actual Work updation and progress monitoring
• Checking the Bills raised against actual completion
• Work Inspection
• Preparation of Cost Control rates for every different kind of activities happening at site.
• Baseline budget is prepared with respect to the location and site conditions of different project.
• Closely planning and scheduling the activities to get the best output both in financial profit and timely completion of project with best quality.
• The work at site is monitored closely for the progress and the actual cost incurred for the work is monitored against the allowable to prepare the financial statement pointing out the weak areas where cost is over shooting and the areas where savings could be made.
• The report is analysed by the high management and suitable steps are taken to maximise the outcome from the project in every way.
