•​Floor Processing

- Supervise a team 60 members for the Floor processing and involves WMS receiving, VAS activity and PTS/PTS (First Issue) activity of new shipment.
- Measuring the productivity of their staff in their departments, Bringing innovative changes in the departments to constantly improve the process and hence the productivity of the staff
- Generating the pendency report in WMS and Planning for Manpower on daily basis by analyzing the daily pending stock
- Ensure to follow the FIFO method while processing to reduce the shipment ageing.

Key Responsibilities:

•​Inbound Operations

- Handling on an average of 210 Forty Equivalent Unit’s (FEU’s) of import shipments per month.
- Planning for the storage of incoming goods and allocating space as per the nature of the shipments.
- Measuring the productivity of their staff in receiving and offloading of the container.
- Preparing GRN, Creating and scheduling the appointment for new shipment.
