I was responsible for the supply Chain and quality management of foreign and domestic suppliers for all electrical,
mechanical, trim, and chassis parts.
 Responsible for purchasing all materials and services needed from a commercial perspective in the most suitable
conditions in terms of quality, price, logistics, and technological competence,
 Conducting domestic/international material research in line with the demands from departments, receiving offers,
researching supply sources and alternative suppliers, placing orders and tracking deliveries, preparing offer evaluation
tables,
 Managing price improvement and alternative material studies in line with purchasing efficiency analysis and
institutional goals, Implementing supplier selection, evaluation, and contract activities according to the decisions of
the senior management,
 Taking part in the formation and updating of approved supplier lists,
 Making supplier contracts, performing supplier evaluations, and preparing audit reports,
 Representing the Purchasing department in internal/external audits,
 Process analysis, approval, and control of ERP system data entries,
 Conducting control and follow-up regarding the duties of the team he/she is responsible for, managing the
performance of the team and ensuring its development,
 Submitting periodic purchasing reports to the senior management,
 Creating a purchasing budget, managing processes in line with budget targets, and regularly reporting the realizations
to top management,

I was responsible for managing the quality of all foreign and domestic suppliers' electrical and mechanical parts.
 Providing Quality Assurance including securing process control for key processes in suppliers' production.
 Performing product audits and production risk assessments at Supplier.
 Process Controlling of suppliers and sub-suppliers to secure full compliance with Temsa Quality (ISO 9001, IATF
16949) requirements.
 Leading the supplier development for quality and manufacturing with the responsibility to identify and implement
actions and execution of Supplier Development Process projects.
 Led product deviation processes, securing root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective/preventive actions at
suppliers & Temsa Production Lines.
 Secure final inspection and regular follow-up and feedback to the suppliers regarding quality performance. Incoming
product quality approvals & Batch release approval of the products.QA evaluation of return goods
 Establishes Quality Assurance Policies & Procedures and provides for audits of compliance at respective plant.
 Prepares periodic reports for presentation at Operations and staff meetings on Cost of Quality, Quality Audit programs,
Customer Quality performance, Supplier Quality at that location, and other quality-related issues.
 Provide quality functionality to Quality Engineers/technicians in quality methodology/reporting requirements through
procedures, forms, and work instructions.Prepares the budget for the quality department as part of the Annual Financial
Plan. Manages the Cost of Quality and implements quality systems at the respective plant.
 Coordinates the corrective and preventive actions taken by Temsa units or suppliers for After Sales problems, ensures
the implementation of the relevant actions to the vehicles in the field, and ensures coordination with the After Sales
unit.Ensures the implementation of temporary or permanent actions for after-sales problems on vehicles in mass
production.
 Maintains (inputs only) the corporate supplier database for all suppliers’ quality ratings. Prepares and publishes supplier
problem-solving reports on the status and effectiveness of these specific non-compliant suppliers. Review supplier
rejections and submitted corrective actions and coordinate activities that focus on preventative (reoccurrence
elimination), and corrective actions from vendors.

I was responsible for technical and administrative training of foreign and domestic Temsa Services and fleet Customers.
 Mainly responsible for Temsa services / Customer Complaint Management System.
 Manage the service project design, implementation, and coordination of service activities and related initiatives,
involving internal groups and external suppliers as necessary.
 Perform fault and root-cause analyses for technical issues involving hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, electrical, or
mechanical component and/or system-level failures; develop corrective action procedures and determine resources
needed for resolution.
 Develop training courses and deliver technical training to internal and external groups on component—and systemlevel
maintenance and calibration of test systems.
 Prepare the necessary technical infrastructure (technical documentation, technical support, training...), to provide the
required technical service (investigation, installation, and maintenance) in the customer's house and follow up on
technical problems on the field, to control. Providing and improving service quality,
 Following up and solving consumer & dealer requests and complaints,
 Analyzing, evaluating, and giving feedback about product quality to Temsa-related departments for design
improvements.

I was responsible for analyzing, negotiating, detailing the cost of releases, and developing and executing optimization
strategies for tender conditions with the Sales, Purchasing, R&D, and Production departments.
 Generates ideas by investigating process, equipment, and quality issues; researches and evaluates the feasibility of
ideas validating marketing and innovation feedback
 Supporting (APQP) manufacturing or building of prototype products or systems, regarding to R&D data;
brainstorming with team members to develop new or improved products or process development,
 Develops project schedules and budgets, coordinates necessary resources and activities to execute the projects on time
and as budgeted, meeting the objectives of the project,
 Reports to management with systematic documentation of work done for each phase of projects. Participate in new
product design from beginning to end, ensuring that supplier materials and capability match customer requirements
 Investigating cost reduction opportunities for mass-production vehicles by benchmarking other brands' parts, and
assembly alternatives.Releasing these designs and reporting cost reductions to Directors and managers.
 Execute process quality missions by leading production line quality gates and process quality teams. The root cause of
production line and assembly problems analyzing (PFMEA) and localizing concerning the responsible department (
R&D, Supplier, …e.t.c.).After the claims are shared with the responsible department; The claims are followed till they
are solved permanently

was a leader of the Bus & Midibus Production Team which has 160 / 250 blue and 3 / 6 white collar employees and 1/
2 Engineer. The team's responsibility was to assemble the Body & Mechanical components; frame, rear & front composite
masks, lids, pneumatic & electric door systems, power train, after-treatment, steering, and suspension system parts according
to related standards and the technical drawings.
 Carrying out production according to the defined standards of a process and taking actions to improve the process,
drawing up a production schedule, ensuring that the production is cost-effective, and making sure that products are
produced on time and are of good quality. Working out the human and material resources needed, drafting a timescale
for the job, Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed, being responsible for the selection
and maintenance of equipment, Liaising among different departments, suppliers, and managers, working with managers
to implement the company's policies and goals, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, Supervising and
motivating a team of workers, reviewing the performance of subordinates, and identifying training needs.
 Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflows for different product
types. Investigate operational issues affecting production output and quality and provide improvement solutions.
 Plan, lead, and conduct analysis regarding improving existing production equipment for cycle time, process stability,
and safety (including ergonomics). Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching,
designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, and conferring with equipment vendors.
Create PFMEAs for existing and future processes and work on reducing occurrences.
 Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
 Assure validation principles are applied to process and equipment design. Support company activities equipment and
product launches.

I was responsible for analyzing, negotiating, and managing supply agreements, budgeting and performing detailed cost
analysis of construction equipment vehicle parts & investments, achieving annual cost reduction targets and new model
requirements, and developing and executing purchasing strategies with the R&D department.
 Identify supply source (local/abroad) for the parts under responsibility,
 Control and manage localization activities; make relevant negotiations and meetings with suppliers,
 Make technical convenience confirmation of "local candidate" parts by joint study with suppliers.
 Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the most reliable and fair price level, Plan and make activities to reduce costs
annually.
 Control and regularly report locally sourced parts’ cost, Create and control budget related to suppliers' investments or
expenses,
 Being involved in a problem-solving team for quality, transportation, and management problems regarding suppliers.
