My activity consists of:
-monitoring all natural gas production of wells.
-training operators to start wells, to handle the surface facilities, equipments and gas dehydration plants.
-prepare the reports regard entire activity of production included the monthly and anual gas volumes forecast and planning.
-interact with other departments such as mentenance and sales departaments.
-take care of the maintenance of all the surface facilities and scanners and all measurement systems such as: scanners, automatization systems, flow meters, Ventury's tubes, meter runs, gas- water separators, and glycol(TEG) dehydration units.
-supervise the construction, commisioning of surface facilities and such as heaters, separators, gas dehydration units, absorbtion with TEG Plants and put them in running.
- Prepare and Implement the method statements for the pre-commissioning/commissioning activities;
- Advise/assist Subcontractor in preparation and execution of pre-commissioning activities;
- Inspect the main equipments or civil construction in order to sign off the ITP’s for plant acceptance;
- Prepare system for mechanical run-in of rotating equipment and execute the mechanical run tests;
- Assist vendors as required;
- Ensure that Master P&ID are signed off as complete after inspection;
- Supervise if the safety rules are followed by the subcontractors in their activities;
- Coordinate other activities during pre-mechanical completion;
My activity consists of:
- Supervise start-up, normal operation, shut down and emergency shut down of the unit.
- In charge with verifying the daily process parameters, such as: pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc., checking the quality analysis of feed and products.
- Controlling the functioning estate of the main plant equipment, both static and dynamic like: compressor, pumps, ventilators, furnaces, reactor, regenerator, column, liquid and gas separators, CO-Boyler.
- In cases of emergency shutdown operate the unit to bring it into safe condition.
- Participating at the implementation of UOP procedures for FCC optimization.
- Working out the operation procedures for the following process sequences: catalyst loading, sulfurization the hydrofining catalysts.
- Coordinating the activity of environment protection, identifying and monitoring all aspects related to workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinating all safety activity for the plant.
- Coordinating and participating directly in revisions and overhauling activities.
- Working out the operation procedures for the following process sequences: catalyst, burning promotores and octan number additives loading, Inspecting and witnessing on site the correct application of these procedures.
- To check, verify and sign the work permits for maintenance, construction, commissioning activities in the unit and ensure that all precautions and measures are taken for preparation of equipments for a safe working environment.
- Interfacing in all daily activities with the other departments involved in the production process: electrical, instrument, design and mechanical
- Coordinating and training the subordinated personnel.
My activity consists of:
- Elaboration of the operating book, procedures, instructions, applications;
- Coordinating production activities, making the unit material balance - sheet, checking
and maintaining of the parameters in normal limits of functioning in order to obtain quality products;
- Coordinating the start-up, shut-down and emergency shut-down procedures of the plant in safe conditions; - Checking of the supplies of raw materials, products, merox-catalyst, chemicals;
- Coordinating the maintenance activities of the plant; - Responsible with the staff instruction about labour protection, checking and maintaining of the safety endowments in good shape; - Cooperation relationships with the sectors involved in the production activity and maintenance;
-Checking the quality analysis of feed and products, verifying the technical status of the storage tanks with fixed or floating roof, pipes, pumps, and various vessels.
-Controlling the functioning estate of the main plant equipment, both static and dynamic like: compressors, pumps, ventilators, furnaces, reactors, columns, liquid and gas separators.
-Controlling the function of DCS stations and fixing the technological problems.
-Interfacing in all daily activities with the other departments involved in the production process: electrical, instrument and mechanical.
-Assisting in preparation and development of commissioning procedures, air blowing, water flushing, signing of work permits, checking the P&I diagrams to identify any nonconformity, taking active part in the elaboration of the commissioning and operation manual for various systems and subsystems, including functional testing and run in of equipment

- Taking part at performance tests of the plant;
My activity consists of:
-Assisting and taking part of putting in running of the plant after revamping, including the implementation of a DCS type Emerson, Allan Bradley. Participating effectively in the pre-mechanical activities and in the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up operations.
-Assisting in preparation and development of commissioning procedures, air blowing, water flushing, checking the P&I diagrams to identify any nonconformity, taking active part in the elaboration of the commissioning and operation manual for various systems and subsystems, including functional testing and run in of equipment.
-Ensuring the connection with other departments on site, liaising with constructor and vendor representatives, helping in planning, scheduling, and coordination of start up activities, ensuring the observance of health and safety standards.
-Issuing punch lists, checking the project proper accomplishment on site.
-Coordinating and training the subordinated personnel.
-Supervise the field operators in their activity of commissioning.
- Checking and maintaining of the parameters in normal limits of functioning in order to obtain quality products; - Checking the supplies of raw materials, products; - Executing the orders received from the plant superintendent and informing him about all the issues occurred during the equipments performance;
- Registering the results of laboratory samples;
- Cooperation relationships with the sectors involved in the activity of production and maintenance.
