 Manage staff:
Ensure good relations with and support the team, Facilitate/organize staff trainings based on the needs analysis, Monitor and guide the activity plan, Monitor staff performance, Appraise staff performance at the appropriate time.

 General responsibilities:
o Under the supervision of the Emergency Response Project Manager, design, implement and monitor (against the relevant indicators) WASH and Health activities to a high standard;
o Work with the Project Manager to draft WASH related activity plans and the related ToRs according to sector acknowledged SoPs;
o Establish WASH committees in schools and train their members,
o In conjunction with the WASH committees, train beneficiaries on the proper use and maintenance of the WASH items provided to them;
o With the Community Hygiene Promoters and other team members, promote good hygiene practices through hygiene promotion sessions and other means;
o Contribute to the design and implementation of NFI distributions and the awareness raising necessary so as beneficiaries are in a position to use the NFIs appropriately;

 Needs assessments and follow-up
o Contribute to the design and implementation of baseline, endline and needs assessments and coordinate with the AMEU and PD team as necessary.

 Team organization and training: follow up and supervise the attendance and the work of the HP CFW
 Strategic planning: participate with the HP Manager in choosing the campaigns and the key messages and plan for the international world day, and activate the role of the community center targeting more attendance, activate the role of the children committee.
 Community needs assessment and follow-up: doing a weekly meeting with the supervisor and try to follow up on the community needs and plan for the questions for FGDs to have the right answers form the community, and try to organize with the agency that responsible for this issue and help the community to reach the best services.
 Organization and planning: follow up on monitoring and reporting tools that are used correctly and provides analysis for HP manager. And always try to improve the monitoring and supervisng tools for the program.
 Implementation of the HP activities: follow up on the activity schedule and the materials needed for the sessions.
 Reporting: reporting on w weekly basis to the manager with the feadback and the thing need to be follow up on need an action.
 Communication and coordination: coordinate with other NGOs like save the children, NHF, JEN, OXFAM to implement joint activities and sessions
