o Apply KPI’s measurements and calculations for the plant and report it as an objective to be achieved.
o Ensure monthly yield consumption report, energy audit reports and other routine reports are timely processed and checked before issuance.
o Ensure that year end product inventory verification and certification carried out on the January 1st of every year.
o Prepare and issue production loss report for plant trips and annual shutdown.
o Assist plants operation manager during plant emergencies.
o Participate effectively in Management of Change and have a good knowledge with the system.
o Ensure the provided solution for plant problems and modifications are technically feasible and economically viable and meet the objective.
o Assist in the development and implementation of plans, test procedures for the required tasks and process changes.
o Participate PHA for any process changes.
o Participate the Plant PHA revalidation.
o Participate as a member in internal audit team for QMS regarding to ISO 9001:2015.
o Prepare a reporting system for monitoring of the production, sales plans and operation parameters on a daily basis.
o Implement a reporting system to review the performance of process units on regular basis.
o Provide technical assistance to Operations and Maintenance departments regarding daily routine activities.
o Participate in performing Process Hazard Analysis for new projects.
o Assist in reviewing and updating the process flow sheet and P&ID regarding new changes and new projects.
o Participate as a member in the inspection team for process units during turnarounds.
o Participate as an observer (especially in control room) in the mock drills been performed during the year.
o Assist in implementation of RBI software for the plant.
o Assist in training of fresh engineers, operators and under graduate engineers.
• Carry out the field operation time to time as instructed by panel operator and shift supervisor.
• Operate the plant strictly as per the 'Standard operating procedures' (SOP) and follow verbal or written instructions given by superior.
• Ensuring safety regulations while performing duty and not to cause any unsafe act.
• Taking corrective action immediately in case of any spillage of chemicals /materials noticed.
• Checking the temperature regularly of all equipments and comparing with the temperature transmitters readings and inform instrumentation maintenance if any abnormal reading noticed.
