•Preparing data sheets and reviewing designs and validations
•Monitoring and controlling the sub-contractors.
•Reporting directly to the project manager.
The construction of Sangmelima - Mengong’s 74 Km Highway Republic of Cameroon.
Located in south of the project consists of more than 2, 5 million cubic meters of earth work that includes deforesting and purging of rainforests connecting the cities of Mengong and Sangmelima by the 74km highway, my role as a senior site engineer/ team leader is as follows:
1.Site inspection and execution strategy planning
2.Equipment, material and stockage allocation and control
3.Leading three complete site teams including workers, machine operators, site supervisors and environmental controllers
4.Cost management and quality and delivery.
5.Preparing and presenting progress sheets.
6.Responsible of All paving works and surfacing activities.
