- Clean Fuel Pipe Lines Project (24Inch & 30Inch ) Inside Ras Tanura ARAMCO Refinery, Causeway and Terminal.
- Total 70 KM of Pipe Lines in Brown Field.
- Ensure following ARAMCO Quality and Safety Standards.
- Setting a budget for the project. Review and develop P&L monthly reports for the project and ensure that the expenses are meeting the budget. Monitoring budget reports.
- Maintains open communication with contractors, works with Superintendents to recognize underperforming subcontractors timely with project notifications.
- Manage the day-to-day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments. From ensuring the correct material turns up before a job, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues and contractors.
- Report progress on projects by suitable media to sector management, maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints and financial reporting to a high standard.
- Develop subcontracts, technical and commercial evaluate quotations, monitor contractors’ daily progress, technical and execution guide to project team and contractors.
- Develop contacts with senior staff, directors, and other influential staff within each account during the implementation phase.
- Co-ordinate required support levels and training.
- Produce reports on each project at agreed intervals, and whenever substantive actions are required.
- Arranging and leading on regular team and contractors’ meetings including and not limited to Daily construction coordination meeting, Weekly departmental Constraints meeting and Weekly progress meeting.
- Monitor the mobilization of resources as per the EAC.
- ARAMCO OMPP 80 Gas, Oil and Water Injection wells.
- Total 400 KM PipeLines / Flow Lines underground and above ground.

- Increase East-West Pipeline Capacity Project inside 11 Pump stations and 2 Pressure Reducing Stations.
- Installing 11 Drag Reducing Stations and Daylight 48 Inch Piping inside the Pump stations.
- Interface coordinator with the client (ARAMCO).
- Manage GCC’s planning team on issuing the invoices and Baseline Schedule.
- Monitoring Engineering deliverables, activities and man-hours.
- Submission of all client deliverables.
- Review and Supervise 5 Camps in Engineering and Construction.
- Manage EPC invoices and approval client (ARAMCO).
- Analyze/Monitoring Saudization percentage.
- Contractual reviewing/Monitoring subcontractors’ activity execution.
- Facilitate HAZOP studies, Risk Management implementation, Schedule Optimization, Constructability studies … etc.
- Managing the procurement cycle.
- Review all subcontractors’ commercial/technical bids.
- Manage Resources control (Manpower & Equipment) to meet the execution rates during the project phases.
- Analyze progress for all subcontractors, review progress reports.
- Monitoring vendors’ delivery dates.
- Member of the cost control team (forecasted expenses, manpower).
- Focal point: for any issue regarding procurement, safety and management.
- Certified as a Work permit receiver.
