worked with owner (Baheya Zayed Hospital) as a Senior Planning Engineer to construct Baheya Zayed Hospital with a 350M EGP Contract Value

Roles & Responsibilities:
*Control and audit contractor schedule.
*Tracking Procurement and contract packages.
*Tracking Drawings Registers and project resources.
*Tracking Invoices and RFIs.
*Review and analyze change orders.
*Audit Consultant approvals and recommendations.

Worked with Main Contractor (Al-Majal Al Arabi Group) as an Acting Project Control Manager. And I was Responsible for following Projects:
*Red Sea Base Camp (35 M SAR)
*Red Sea Management Village Office Building (60 M SAR)
*Red Sea Construction Village Housing (200 M AR)
*Replacement and development Of 500 Beds Buraidah King Fahd Specialist Hospital, KSA (165 M SAR)

Roles & responsibilities:
*Oversee all projects, and prepare projects dashboards and presentations, perform root cause analysis, and propose preventive and corrective actions.
*Takes the lead in preparing the company’s annual budget.
*Takes the lead in Estimating resources, equipment, and project’s staff.
*Performing Interface management between all projects
*Preparing, controlling, and monitoring all projects resources (Hiring and release plan), plants and equipment (lease or buy analysis).
*Takes the lead in preparing extension of time claims (EOT) using various techniques.

Worked with Main Contractor (Al-Majal Al Arabi Group) as a Planning Engineer. And I was Responsible for following Projects:

*500 Beds Hail General Hospital, KSA (272 M SAR)
*200 Beds Tabuk Gynecology & Pediatric Hospital, KSA (390 M SAR)
*200 Beds Hail Gynecology & Pediatric Hospital, KSA (392 M SAR)

Roles & responsibilities:
*Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
*Preparation of Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine hours.
*Resource Loading in Primavera P6 for individual Projects.
*Preparation of project Cash flow
*Monitor work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and reports.
*Preparation of recovery program to mitigate delays.
*Prepare Extension of Time, Claims & Narrative Reports.
*Update Project Dash Board .
*Identify, prepare, and update Key performance indicators (KPI).
*Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.

Worked as a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer.

*design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
*carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
*diagnose breakdown problems
*fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
