Position responsibility:-
Bank Policies and Procedures.
▪ Assigned tasks should be executed in accordance with bank manual and procedures.
Accuracy and punctuality.
▪ All documents fulfilled from the clients should be carefully revised before accepting and executing the requested transaction.
▪ Adhere to KYC procedures in all clients’ transactions.
Operational Tasks.
▪ Cash withdrawals and deposits.
▪ ATM custody and replenishment.
▪ Payroll transfers.
▪ FX allocation.
▪ Cheques sent for collection.
Cross Sell bank products.
▪ Cross sell bank asset and liability products to branch clients.
▪ Attract new business by refer potential walk in clients to RBAs to open new accounts.
Quality of Service.
▪ Provide excellent service to bank customers and beneficiaries.
▪ Avoid customer complaints.

Position responsibility
Sales:-
▪ Promote and sell full range of product / service to current and potential customers at the counter via creating leads / referrals on daily basis.
▪ Spot and handle all cross selling opportunities for opening account beneficiaries of cheques or transfers.
Quality & Service:-
▪ Receive and process cash / cheque deposits from customer
▪ En-cash bank cheques or withdrawals, coupon payment and mutual fund dividends / breaking to customer
▪ Pay fund against manager cheques / certified cheques
▪ Buy / sell foreign currencies
▪ Issuance of manager cheques, bank draft and certified cheques
▪ Accept transfer from / to main vault and other branches
▪ Receive check and prepare all postdated, clearing and collection cheques before sending to the center
▪ Verify customer signature within limit and obtain proper verification for over limit
▪ Process special instruction concerning TDs
▪ Promptly and efficiently handle escalated customer and feedback
CBE, Compliance, Audit, procedures:-
▪ Prepare all required listing of old records
▪ Prepare cash reports
▪ Ensure implementation of all bank polices and procedure as per set limit and given signature authority
▪ Ensure abiding to bank policies, procedures. KYC and all related regulations and procedures


To Satisfy Branch Need:-
➢ Act as Relationship Assistant ​​​​from Jul 2013 till Jan 2014
▪ Manage a portfolio of customers achieve revenues goals, sales/services and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services for a specific pre-defined set of customers to create a profitable durable relationship
▪ Up-sell and cross-sell other bank products and services to existing customers
➢ Act as Head Cash ​​​​​​from May 2012 till Jun 2013
▪ One of the main vault custodian
▪ Handling cash shipment during the day under dual control with operation head
▪ Serve customer requests received over the counter
▪ Provide high quality of customer service and following bank policies and procedures
▪ Coach and train new tellers
▪ Assists tellers in the daily operations
▪ Reviewing daily batches of universal teller
