I am doing freelance services at different categories like Human resources, administrative work, government relations and Legal consultations.
1. Reported directly to the GM.
2. Ensure proper implementation of company’s policies and it’s rules.
3. Responsible for personnel section and follow-up all matters related to manpower managing : (recruitment / interviews / offers / benefits / contracts / insurance / bank relations / time -keeping / pay rates / deductions / monthly reports / visa’s renwal / all kind of leaves / payroll / formal certificates / end of service calculations / exit interviews).
4. Legal follow up with all the staff complaints, conducting internal investigations, preparing the legal notes for the center’s attorney and attend in front the general authority of experts for giving the proper defense.
5. responsible for preparing all the official correspondences for all formal and non formal bodies and managing the electronic systems for (MOSAL-MOI-MOH-MOCI-KFF-Baladia).
6. Multitasking when handling daily operational routine, along with other tasks.
1. Providing legal advice to GM on various matters.
2. Checking the details of the contracts and filter the agreement criteria.
3. Researching about the different legal rules that the company must follow and update any changes in legal rules.
4. Evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
5. Explains and provides advice to workers about the company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
6. Explains company compensation and benefits programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs.
7. Attends conferences and meetings, as an employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties.
8. Prepares reports and enters and updates medical, insurance, retirement, and other personnel forms and records, using a computer and arrange for employee physical examination, work permit and civil ID renewing.
1. Attending court hearings (and doing the preparation beforehand).
2. Drawing up contracts and other legal documents and explaining the law and giving legal advice.
3. Settling disputes and supervising any agreements and Researching and gathering evidence.
4. Analyzing legal documents and welcoming new customers.
