Using Project Management concepts, manage the actual setup of projects at customers’
locations which may include travel. Such projects must be done in a professional manner
and in line with proposal, project schedule and Customer P.O.
Dealing with;
• Installation and troubleshooting low current works, i.e. BMS, AV, public
address, digital signage, disabled emergency access alarm, facade lighting
control, fire alarms, lighting control, telephone and data system.
• Installation and troubleshooting security systems i.e. CCTV, Intrusion System
and Access door system.
• Configuration, deployment and support of different xDSL modems/routers.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers 800, 1800, 2600,
2800, 3600 and 3800 series routers.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting Cisco devices including routers
to deliver the company’s services including MPLS VPN data connectivity, and
internet connectivity.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting for FortiGate device.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting wireless unit P2P all Ubiquiti
brands and MIMOSA
• Site survey for Indoor & outdoor wireless connectivity and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Responsible for testing of different IP, Site to Site VPN for different customer.
• Designing and deployment of Enterprise-wide WAN infrastructure for different
customers using various technologies (leased circuit, DSL, Tunnels, MPLS and
SSL VPN).
• Providing on/off -site support for customers networks including troubleshooting
and installations for complex networking issues.
• Attending technical meetings with pre-sales team to design proper scenarios for
customers’ networks demands.
• Observation and apply all safety precautions required for installation and testing
activities.
• Used to prepare daily report to submit it to the direct manger.
Also I worked as a Customer Care Agent in the same company. My responsibilities and duties were as follows:
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Taking Co-ordinates and azimuth using GPS and Compass, the heights of towers and existing installations on them
• Analyzing area view pictures for population density evaluation (Dense Urban, Sub-Urban and Rural by road).
• Design and planning for new Microwave links using "Aircom Enterprise-Connect".
• Configuration for the TDM/Ethernet services.
