Project Management:
It specializes in Starting new branches of the company including the following steps: -
• Obtain administration’s approval to start the new branch .
• Display the project and its cost to account management and taking approval.
• Determine the most appropriate place to start a new branch with the operations department after conducting research and feasibility study.
• Financial contract and come to the most appropriate solutions.
• Set an appropriate time plan .
• Start the branch in accordance with the budget authorized by accounts department .
• Supply the branch with needed equipment, employee and suppliers .
• Conclude a suitable location .
Human Resource :-
• Supervision of the annual plan for the recruitment of staff .
• Monitoring the practical implementation of the program.
• Providing technical consulting to the administration .
• Help to find alternative solutions to the problems of in case of emergency.
• Personnel supervision .
Procurement and Contracts Management:-
• Suppliers record Preparation includes more than one supplier of the item to allow many choices.
• Knowledge of their respective management and procurement needs of the company .
• Set a priority and plan to implement the procurement plan in line with the company's budget.
• Showing demand for senior management and its importance in the debate.
• Multiple search to find out ways to reach the best deals.
• Get bids and present them to the administration to choose the best offer and communicate with the offeror .
• Approval of the material and choose the most suitable agreement for both parties.

Account Management
• Monitoring the budget and income statement of the company.
• communicate with legal accountant of the company for the completion of tax examinations, such as the income tax, gain employment tax and stamp tax .

Warehouse Management:-
• Supervise the documentary cycle Warehousing.
• Supervision of Bills of exchange and supply to and from the store.
• Supervise the annual net inventory .
• Monitoring the annual inventory and check on the remaining assets.
• Develop a complete program for the stock movement.
Technical Support Department:-
• The operation of internal network for the whole company.
• Supervise the international examinations such as (TOEFL - ICDL).
• Permanent follow-up with the technical support Engineer regarding the hardware used.
• Follow up the administration of purchase orders and maintain administration’s stability .
• Fully equipped laboratory tests .
Maintenance and Business Assistance Administration
• Good choice of workers to carry out maintenance work.
• Set a plan for Workers’ employment and their distribution to the branches.
• Follow-up maintenance work for the company and branches.
• Develop an annual plan for the renewal and replacement of device used.
