of 5 - 6 million SAR, with the primary objective of driving financial digital transformation and consolidating financial reporting

• Spearheaded a critical tax recovery initiative for sister company TAECO Co., successfully reclaiming over 1.3 million
SAR in VAT refunds through meticulous historical data analysis and strict ZATCA compliance.
• Led the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across three sister companies (Great Value, Adra, TAECO),
standardizing accounting operations and eliminating manual reporting errors.
• Directed the financial close operations for the entire group, consistently delivering accurate standalone financial
statements for each subsidiary and consolidated statements for the parent company, alongside inventory valuations and
mandatory VAT/Zakat reports to the CEO.
• Executed independent financial audits for MZOON legal consulting, delivering comprehensive financial statements that
improved their external financial transparency.

Recruited initially to establish the financial framework for Golden Luxury Food Industries. Managed factory-level financial
operations, cost accounting, and supplier relations. Later assumed full operational leadership of the facility during a critical
management crisis to ensure business continuity.
• Assumed full responsibilities of the Factory Manager for 4 months 2023), sustaining daily production
targets and administrative continuity during a critical leadership health crisis.
• Built the companys inaugural accounting system from scratch utilizing QuickBooks, creating a reliable baseline for
financial recording and factory operation reviews.
• Established the financial infrastructure for Bathna Trading on Qoyod ERP, successfully training sales representatives
on POS systems which streamlined cash flow tracking and customer payment reconciliations. Successfully managed the later transition from QuickBooks to Odoo ERP during the companys rebranding to Rahash
Food Industries, migrating historical financial data without operational downtime.
• Executed comprehensive month-end close procedures and year-end inventory audits, ensuring the accurate and timely
preparation of the factorys annual financial statements and tax reports.
• Developed cost tracking mechanisms and managed supplier relationships, tightly monitoring inventory balances to
prevent stockouts and optimize raw material procurement costs.
