• Develop the manpower plan in coordination with top management.
• Manage different recruitment channels and accounts and handle the recruitment process end to end.
• Design interesting on-boarding and off-boarding sessions and processes for the new team.
• Update hiring reports and all other relevant sheets and documents.
• Develop the internal Human Development plan in coordination with the Centralized HR Division.
• Prepare a monthly sheet for salaries (daily attendance, vacations, permits, overtime, KPI’s, penalties, and rewards).
• Work as the official Channel between Management & Employees.
• Create the policies, processes, procedures, and Performance Management System and organizational structure that will encourage a healthy work environment.
• Develop and update the job descriptions for all job roles.
• Handle the company performance appraisal process and manage the annual employee satisfaction survey data gathering and analysis.
• Manage HR internal events and team retreats for staff.
-Conduct initial phone screenings
-Maintain ATS and review candidate flow.
-Manage open job postings
-Conduct pre-interview prep work and coordinate phone and onsite interviews
-Utilize social media to promote the client company as well as available positions
-Track messaging and resume searches
-Compile weekly progress reports
-Review customer profiles to identify possible patterns of money laundering and terrorist financing activity, ensuring compliance with
applicable internal policies and procedures and external regulations.
-Review and analyze transaction activity for suspicious/unusual patterns of activity utilizing various internal systems, reports and external data sources.
-Quality checking, Check if the profiles that are reviewed by the team are in line with the policy and procedures
-Training the new team members
-Support customers with their broadband/landline issues by providing helpful information and answering questions.
