I was expanding my career with new opportunity with le passage hotel. they got me chance to learn new skills and interact with a lot of guests from all the world with different cultures i was setting my heart on getting that chance.
- Daily operation of the Front Office Department update the figures ADR and ARR .
- Make sure all the front office co-worker have attend the shift
- Check out the funds envelope or Custody of funds envelope for both currency.
- Make sure all the POS machine are working well for Egyptian currency and dollars one either.
- Make sure everything clean and tidy.
- Smooth check in and check out.
- Transit reservation and quickly check in and check out with accommodation, meals and benefits are not fixed ( it has variable reservations ) with wake call arrangements and inform the shuttle bus.
- Corporate reservation.
- On spot reservation for walk in guests.
- Online reservations.
- Handling the PMS cashiering system issues
Due in and due out reports.
- Managing some inbound and outbound calls.
- Handling reception inquires.
- Pick up and drop off to the airport.
- Courtesy call after check in.
- Follow up with guest service for wake up calls.
Update RC of guests and enroll them in loyalty programs.
- Printout the system down reports.
- Follow up with housekeeping to make sure.
- Everything is cleaned and the rooms are inspected.
- Check out the traces and comments on opera system or PMS system.
- Follow up with open cases and report the team with the new updates and review the traces and comments.
- Write the reports specially for the night shifts and call around to make sure all the departments are not facing problems and reconcile the daily accounts with night editor before the night run process.
- Check out the catering and wedding events reservations.
- Check the notebook and write down the shift.
Handling late orders which posted on system.
it's an honored to work in Marriott. at that time i was expanding my career and I've figure out there are many opportunities are allowed to apply on Marriott's website or not occupied . then i got made my mind to come to their side and i go transferred to be receptionist supervisor to their side my responsibilities are

In the night shift i was acting like duty manager
I join their sales team on 2014 after first month I've achieved the targets with very good results.
I was on working strick taking customer after customer for stight 8 months with over achieving the target as my efeorts and perormance
i got promoted to sales supervisor at that time i was top seller on Cairo i got many responsibilities after promotion
I was arranging the meetings with the customers at their offices
put the customers on right track and make them don't pay top dollar to get what they need
follow up with the customers and visit them either
increase the sales
guide my co-workers to achieve their targets and follow up with them if they run across any obstacle
i handle the complaints and Problem solving with evaluated alternative and cheer them up with effective solution because good customer service cause increasing the sales

I've graduated from Archeology and Tourism guidance English tour guidance section beside that major i studied more requirements like ICDL Course, English Language in Cambridge, Chinese language, customer Psychology Course, first Aid Course.
