• Responsible for implementation of work on-site and all other related matters.
• Ensure that all works carried out meet company's quality standards.
• Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule.
• Work as one team with Site manager and other engineers.
• Manage the work on site and solve any problems.
• Ensure good environmental, safety and health practices are always carried out.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation.
• Ability to calculate quantities / review executed.
• Arrange and distribute the work to Supervisors, Foremen and Labor, monitoring their attendance
• Perform daily site work and monitor all contractors' workers and subcontractors' performance through project completion.
• Execution of Scaffolding, Formwork and RFT as it shown on shop drawing for these items: -
( Piles, Mono piles, Piers, Pier caps, Slabs, Hollow Core Slab, Closure Pours, Columns, Elevator and Escalator, Tank and Many of Steel Works
• Erection Precast Beams, Hollow Core slab, Shuttering Slab and Arch Steel
• Prepare a daily status report that details zone performance and problem areas.
• Execution of Finishing Work (Masonry, Plastering, Painting, Fixing Subframes, Raised Floors
• Execution of Sequence for railway stations and line segments
