* Provide general office support and follow up on all administrative issues
* Establish and maintain an effective filling system to properly manage and maintain administration paperwork
* Following up procedures of Evaluation for Tenders to supply Goods and Equipment.
* Collecting all reports will be produce through project period.
* Supervising of holding Workshops, Training Courses and Project Executive Committee meetings (supervised more than 50 workshops and training courses - meetings for Judges - employers in the ministry of Justice)
* Manage logistics and coordinate business unit meeting inside and outside
* Keeping record of staff expenses likes phone calls, personal use of mileage, etc and co-ordinate with the mission’s Senior Finance Assistant for refunds from staff member.
* Calculating and preparing overtime sheets for Project staff and settling the expenses of petty cash at the end of each month.
* Calculating the working hours for project staff
* Responsible for keeping the confidentiality matters as defined by the mission’s requirements and Project sources
