Network Maintenance Senior Engineer
1- Follow up the OTS (Transmission Tickets) and TTS (Lines Ports Problem) to cover any network problem related to hardware.
2- Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
3- Contact and deploy the Field Technician for any appropriate problems.
4- Follow-up efficiently quality and inspect pops upgrading.
5- Take action and follow implementation of the preventive plans.
6- Working as part of an out of work hour’s on-call shift rotation to provide high level support
to the maintenance team function.
7- Reacting and respecting other general tasks assigned items
8- Must be able to coordinate effectively with other members of the team and with other engineering and Non-engineering teams.
9- ARUBA System, Responsible for team of WIFI project.
