Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for preparing financial statements.
• Financial analysis
• Setting financial planning.
• Crisis management.
• Maintaining sufficient liquidity to meet the company’s short term and long term obligations.
• Bank loans management.
• Customs clearance procedure.
• Documentary credits procedures (LCs).
• Banking facilities.
• Letter of guarantee (LGs).
• Negotiation and banking renewal agreements with additional facilities.
• Building sustainable relation with strategic suppliers.
• Support the company’s strategy to achieve financial short term and long term targets.
• Managing necessary funding for the company’s operation and capital expenditure with adequate standby facilities and reasonable borrowing covenants.
• Manage and report operation cost and overrun budget and take the corrective actions .
• Managing any other financial transactions of the company whenever required.
