 I work now in AL MUHAIDIB CONTRACTING CO. IN THUWAL TOWN DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE II PROJECTS as an ARAMCO approved QC mechanical inspector since the 20th May 2014, performing all the inspection activates related to HVAC & PLUMBING to ensure meeting the applicable standards, inspection & quality plan, project specifications, IFC drawings to reach Clint`s satisfactory & high quality production in the construction As follows :
 Packaged air conditioning units installation.
 Supply & return air ducting installation & testing.
 Fire/smoke dampers installation & testing.
 AC spilt unit installation & testing.
 Refrigerant pipes installation, brazing & pressure testing.
 Condensate drain pipes installation & testing.
 Air cooled condensing unit installation & testing.
 Air handling units installation and testing.
 Exhaust/supply fans installation & testing.
 Metal ducts insulation installation.
 Diffusers, grills & louvers installation.
 Motorized/manual Volume damper installation & testing.
 Fire sprinkler system installation & pressure testing.
 Building’s sanitary drainage system installation & gravity testing.

 I worked in CNCEC (CHINA NATIONAL CHEMICAL ENGINEERING COMPANY) (main contractor with ARAMCO in king Abdullah university of since and technology ) as PIPING ENGINEER in the university`s research park utility sea water reverse os mosis & sewage treatment plants construction since 16th June 2012 up till 30t h April 2014.
 Full Knowledge about SAUDI ARAMCO engineering standards SAES-L & SAES-S series (piping & plumbing)
 Professional in preparing material submittals, purchase requests, material request for qualification & purchase requisition to ensure the acceptance of the proposed material by client (SAPMT) from the first revision .
 Material requesting is one of my job duties (during my work as main contractor with Saudi Aramco) starting from the material takeoff & ending with raising the RFI for material receiving inspection includes all the steps in between.
 Preparing the work rolling schedule & two weeks look ahead schedule for the piping division.
 Guiding the site supervisors to comply with ARAMCO standard & the project construction specification.
 Reviewing the mechanical design drawings & catching the design violations/interfacing with discipline (electrical/civil/communication) & rectifying it prior to send it to the client to get the approval.
 Raising the RFI`s according to piping & plumbing SATIPs.
 Providing onsite training for the labors to ensure quality of the production.
 Familiar with SATIPs, SATRs, SAICs, SAEPs.

 I worked in ARABIAN BEMCO FOR CONTRACTING(INDUSTRIAL & POWER PROJECTS) as a MECHANICAL SITE ENGINEER (BOILER, PIPING & ROTARY EQUIPMENT) in (SAUDI ELECTRICITY COMPANY AL-QURAIAH) combined cycle power plant construction since 16th April 2011 up till 16th May 2012 in the boiler AKA HRSG (heat recovery steam generator), as a construction engineer. Here is brief on my responsibilities in the plant as follows:
 Steel structure erection starting from preparing the material and rising the RFIM for the client to take the approval in according to start the erection works according to the PTS and the code (ASME & ASTM) and solving the technical design issues via FCN proposal to the designer and client .
 Rotary equipment installation according to the vendor's requirements and rising the relevant RFI's to the client after each step in the approved method statement according to the pre-approved ITP.
 piping and insulation of almost all types of materials (metals: SS, CS, SDSS, CHROME ALLOYS, GRP, FRP, PVC, HDPE, ….) erection starting from fit up throw welding ، and supports installation, final walk down with client to issue the punch list, closing it in accordance to take the RFI approval from the client to perform the hydrostatic test on that package according to the design pressure requirement to ensure the quality of the weld joints .
 Personal experience in energy management.
 Personal experience in NDT testing Special in PMI (Positive Material Identification) device calibration and using.
 Personal experience surveying works.
 Familiar with CAD micro station program.
