BIM MODELLER MEP
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop building information model (BIM) for MEP services & present the coordinated model to the consultant.
• Performing clash detection, maintaining clash report with other services.
• Prepare Shop drawing (LOD-400), As built drawing (LOD-500)
Sr.Draughtsman-HVAC
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze architect’s and MEP designer’s concepts, and prepare preliminary sketches and detailed instructions.
• Ensuring the preparation of HVAC shop drawings, Schematic diagram, Plat details - air cool chiller and water cool chiller
• & as built drawing as per schedule.
• Preparing MEP Coordination drawing and RCP Drawing.
• Preparing detailed HVAC working drawing, wall and slab opening drawing based on MEP Coordination, and issue drawing to project execution.
• Separate all under the MEP services from the MEP Coordination drawing and passed to project execution
• Quantity take offs.
1. Analyze architect’s and MEP designer’s concepts, and prepare preliminary sketches and detailed instructions.
• Ensuring the preparation of HVAC shop drawings, Schematic diagram, Plat details & as built drawing as per schedule.
• Preparing MEP Coordination drawing and RCP Drawing.
• Preparing detailed HVAC working drawing, wall and slab opening drawing based on MEP Coordination, and issue drawing to project execution.
• Separate all under the MEP services from the MEP Coordination drawing and passed to project execution
• Quantity take offs.
• Preparing HVAC Shop drawing, schematic diagram, plant details and as built drawing based on tender drawing.
• Maintaining the schedule of designing as required by the Client.
• Preparing detailed HVAC working drawing, wall and slab opening drawing based on MEP Coordination, and issue drawing to project execution.
• Quantity takeoffs for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting.
• Prepare cold water supply & drainage shop drawing.
• Analysis & Interpretation of drawing based on categories.
• Attending Internal & External project meeting with clients and sub contractors
• Coordinating with client representatives.
• Preparing MEP working drawing & Architectural plan Designing.
• Works included preparation of shop drawings, elevation, section, architectural details, Drainage & water supply and as built drawings. Preparation of necessary quantities.
Prepare of A/C Ducting layout & details. Make sure duct size & pipe sizing. Make sure Grill& Diffuser size according supplier catalog. Coordinate with other services and establish BOD & BOP. Coordinate with structural and architectural drawings. Prepare of Chilled water piping layout & accurate all kind detail drawings. Prepare Mechanical ventilation ducting layout and detail drawings. Prepare section detail for penetration of ducting and piping. Plant Room Design. Chilled water pipe calculation. Maintaining the schedule of designing as required by the Client. For HVAC Services, Designing of complete Duct Layout etc.. Preparing Shop Drawings, Schematic diagram, plant details& as Built Drawings etc. for HVAC system based on tender drawings. Making Quantities for HVAC services from Shop drawings. Prepare Cold Water supply, Sanitary & Drainage shop drawing. Quality control checking of shop drawings.
