Essential Duties
▪Understanding the client's HR strategy and plan.
▪Evaluates human resource practices within client organizations to determine effective procedures, techniques, and practices to strengthen the HR function within the company
▪Develops a variety of HR deliverables for clients, such as handbooks, job descriptions, surveys, etc.
▪Conducts goodwill client visits to establish client needs, responds and follows up with requests for materials or information.
▪Researches and provides recent updates/revisions that match with client HR needs
▪Researches and resolves day-to-day HR issues Project Management duties:
▪Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and according to the customer needs.
▪Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
▪Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
▪Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
▪Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
▪Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
▪Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
▪Making sure deadlines are met.
Senior Recruitment & Business Development Specialist. "Recruitment Division" Recruitment duties:
▪Recruiting, advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates;
▪Coordinating and attending Employment fairs
▪Screening resumes and applications for suitability
▪Conducting initial screening interviews.
▪Making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided
▪Increasing the Company's profile to reach a broader and wider market of candidates

▪Participate and present JOBMASTER in recruitment and employment fairs.
Relationship Manager and Online Recruitment.
▪The primary responsibility of this role is to increase Bayt's product portfolio per customer and to maintain the highest level of customers' loyalty.
▪Determine the recruitment needs for Bayt.com customers and suggest a recruitment solution that will help them hire effectively.
▪Give online demonstrations and professional presentations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
▪Extensive utilization of CRM and SMS Management Systems.
Follow up-Sales Analyst
▪Minimize the time of delivering ADSL service to the customers.
▪Implement major changes in all aspects of operation.
▪Communicate with other departments involved in the DSL cycle for updates.
▪Monitor CRM ticket.
▪Record, analyze and set reports for the common problems.
▪Develop & maintain a comprehensive understanding of the telecommunication industry.
Training Coordinator. " Training and Development"
▪Identify training programs to address competency gaps
▪Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
▪Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
▪Track and report on training outcomes
▪Manage training budget to fit customers' needs and budget
▪Handle new and existing customers through providing them with all the technical data needed aboutour services.
▪Help the HR and IT departments in the customer companies to make the annual training plan.
