Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Prepare for Financial audit and coordinate the audit process.
Prepare Journal Entries, Complete general ledger operations, Reconcile and maintain accounts.
Administer accounts receivable and payable.
Review and process expense reports.
Oversee and process all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
Designs and implements office policies.
Supervise office staff and the daily operations.
Help recruit, orient, train and discipline employees.
Organize office operations and procedures, maintain/keep up to date and secure office records.
Arrange meetings, take down minutes and liaise with other organizations.
Anticipate needed office supplies, maintain office equipment, and arrange relevant bookings.
Process trade licenses, visa applications and other related matters.
Liaising between suppliers, relevant internal departments and clients.
Forecast and place orders, arrange and process Local Purchase Orders (LPO), deliveries, couriers/shipments.
Check stock to determine inventory levels to maximize business efficiency, storekeeping, procurement and logistics coordinator.
Participate in sales performance review, reaching targets, marketing analysis/strategies.
Serves as technical support/IT to the company.
Performs other work as on request.
Supervises cashiers and the store’s day to day activities.
Handles petty cash, responsible in the issuance of cash funds to the cashiers and close cash counters.
Generates daily sales report.
Handles customer needs and complaints.
File paper works.
Store merchandising and storekeeping.
Enters data into system, verifies data for accuracy and completeness.
Generates Local Purchase Orders (LPO), Goods Returns Voucher (GRV), Store Receipt Voucher (SRV)
Submits all approved documents to the Head Office.
Performs other duties related to the job
Troubleshoots internet connectivity issues.
Give extended support like configuring third party routers if necessary and setting up webmail and computer based software email clients.
Transfer calls and relay messages to the designated department (ie billing, sales, etc),
Build rapport to customers and ensures customer satisfaction at all times.
Conducts time and motion study for assembly and test operations to update work standards per process area.
Do manufacturing observations and understands process flow, establish elements affecting the required time study, conducts time study in the manufacturing floor on sprint parts per hour (SPPH), man machine ratio (MMR) and equipment utilization.
Compute SPPH, MMR, equipment utilization applying IE standards and specifications.
Submit results to Industrial Engineer.
