I interned at Studio Reed for six weeks. I helped with various design activities and assisted a number of designers with research, setup, packaging, finding samples, photographing and contacting suppliers. While interning I used photoshop and AutoCAD.
I lectured at Prince Mohammad University in Saudi Arabia, where I taught around 140 students the foundations of interior design.
2011 - 2013: Founder, CEO, and Fashion Designer at Asoratti
- Launched my own small business in May, 2011 online through www.asoratti.etsy.com and through my personal website www.asoratti.com
- Created a brand with a logo, business cards, banner, and website.
- Designed and manufactured fashion lines for Asoratti from hair accessories to full blanket sets.
- Monitored sales, supplies, work progress, website statistics, and book keeping records.
- Networked with other local artists and crafters through craft fair and online conferences.
- Ensured customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
English Teacher and business owner:
- Established an English summer club in Saudi Arabia; English IS FUN, 05/2010 - 08/2010
- Designed the classrooms, advertised for the club, planned lessons, and taught a variety of age groups. Dealt with parents, and their children's needs.

- In the women social charity in Saudi Arabia, 12/2008 - 05/2010
- Taught several English courses, dealt with many different age groups, and practiced different teaching methods.
Research Assistant: - In the Juntos Project, ASU, 01/2008 - 05/2008.
- Interviewed people on the phone and gathered information for the research.

2013-2014 Middlesex University MA Interior Architecture Taught by some of the UK’s leading practitioners and specialists in Interiors this course is divided into five modules taken over three terms. Courses Completed: Developing Practice – Term 1 (30 credits) Critical Debates – Term 1 (30 credits) Exploring Spaces – Term 2 (30 credits) Advanced Research – Term 2 (30 credits) Major Project – Term 3 (60 credits)
2010 - 2013 University of Salford BA (Hons) Interior Design This Course is broadly linked to the Architecture and Interior Design industries. It includes self directed work, team projects, presentations, computer programs, and a guide to understanding space and materials.
2005 - 2008 Arizona State University 58 credit hours were completed, and bellow are two examples of two courses I did: Interior Design Issues and Theories Class/Module: covered design history, design ideologies, creative personalities, and a deep study of eras and design (grade: A) Design and Human Behavior Class/Module: covered a series of human reactions depending on space and design (grade: B)
2004-2005 Dahran Ahlyyah Schools High School Diploma- Science Section with a total of 85%
I am undertaking my PhD in Interior Architecture in the University of East London. I have two years left, but I can start working while doing it.
