* Collecting, Studying and Selection of the appropriate Offers for the Civil Works
from Sub-Contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers; with regular inquiry follow ups.
* Making Cost comparison in case of multiple offers to select technically and
commercially suitable proposals.
