Develop and maintain strong community relationships.
- Assessing the needs of the community and refer who need external services, then follow-up on the service.
- Implementing community activities and assisting the team in capacity-building activities with community members.
- Conducting field visits to carry out educational and recreational activities for children via the mobile bus in all governorates
of Jordan.
- Create a constructive work environment for the community participants and the field team.
- Empowering volunteers to work in the activities of the Tarabot Community Center for Education and Training, Spreading the
concept of volunteering and its benefits in building the personality of youth and refining their skills.

- Coordinate with CBOs about the youth club agenda and to share it also with Project Manager.
- Contact beneficiaries and inform them about the youth club weekly meeting.
- Collect attendance sheets (hard copies) and prepare/update the weekly database.
- Develop meetings contents based on project topics (child protection, school dropout, child labor, etc.) and following the
inputs of group discussions.
* Hotline Operator UN Volunteersat (Under the direct supervision of the UN WOMEN, UNFPA, and UNDP focal points, and the

- Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for entering data, checking source documents for accuracy, check and follow on
beneficiaries' data, verifying data. (Rehabilitation and livelihood projects)
- Archiving data (hard and soft copies) filing all completed, and share data with officers weekly.
- Supervising the distribution of donations from donors, "hygiene kits" to all beneficiaries (during a covid-19 crisis), and follows-
up of the beneficiaries during the crisis, and make phone evaluation of the needs of people with disabilities during this period.
- Managing Zarqa volunteer’s team (attendance, weekly plans, work progress reports in addition, to maintain a spirit of
optimism, open communication, and enthusiasm that will help move the project forward.
- Make individual awareness sessions for mothers through home visits and group sessions through local associations, and
follow-up with these families if they make a visit to the health centers, in order to help in reducing the disabilities through early
detection and early intervention.
- Referring cases in need of other services to other organizations (Case management).

Presenting workshops for CBOs Volunteer and Ministry of Development employees in the field of early detection and
disabilities with the Pro-Action project (using Zoom application).

Facilitating parenting club material for caregivers of both genders of all nationalities (150 caregivers with a total of 12
sessions for each beneficiary, dividing them into groups, by one session each week for each group, giving sessions remotely
through the Zoom app and WhatsApp, a brief download of each session on the channel Organization on YouTube).
