• Lead and direct the PMC team to undertake day to day delivery of all project management tasks
• Develop the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.
• Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget.

• Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
• Monitor and report on the contractor’s progress against the contract program.
• Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor’s design is done in compliance with the contract.

• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that PMO team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.

• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
• Risk management, identify potential risks related to the project or any stakeholder or department and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct Periodical Visits to project sites to check and follow up actual performance.

• Identify resource requirements and assess resource availability.

• Site reporting: Follow up submittal of all planning deliverables according to projects requirements and provide feedback for site planners
• HO Reporting: help top management to Avoid any delays and oversee Enterprise performance by Checking the accuracy of Planning reports uploaded on Shared folder, review, approve them and prepare summary Enterprise reports and Dashboards, it is including:
Projects Dashboard Using Excel and SIMPEX.
Manpower annual forecast and update of mobilization and demobilization plans.
Project progress, milestones, and Planning summary report.
• Bidding: To support technical proposal as per Bidding requirements by Reviewing and approving bid Progress Monitoring: To optimize performance and better control of project by Reviewing the project progress against the master schedule and KCC construction program, analyzing any areas in delay or ahead of schedule and report to the Management thereon schedule and other needed submittals like Cash flow, Manpower, and Equipment resource histograms
• EOT: Raise the need for EOT and recommend actions to top management, provide support to Project team to prepare it, review final report and approve it.
• Action Plans: To prepare ahead for the right risk response plan before it takes place by Monitoring construction progress on-site and assisting the project team in the preparation of recovery action plans to address the delays and keep the project on the right track, raising warnings of potential risks to project delay, Conduct detailed study of the project root cause of delayed activities and identify solutions therefore in conjunction with project team.
• IMS: To improve the quality of planning work by conducting Review for Planning Processes and procedures and recommend Enhancements to IMS.
• weekly Progress meetings to improve the quality of planning work and integration with other departments by Reviewing WPM presentation sent by Site planning team, Attend Projects WPM and provide feedback for the major issues.
• Planning Staff: To avoid any Planning position gaps and drops of reporting performance. By Managing the allocation of planning engineers on different project sites, prepare annual vacation schedule and decide replacements
• Site Audit Visits: improve the quality of planning work by Conducting periodic visits to sites to check performance of planning team and measuring client satisfaction of planning Deliverables and staff

King Faisal and Prince Mohammed Medical Cities are part of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia's vision to create world-class healthcare centers throughout the Kingdom. The medical cities are nearly identical in design, as they each include a 500 bed main hospital plus five specialty hospitals, as well as retail outlets, a hotel, a mosque and a housing development. The only significant difference between the cities is the number of patient beds—King Faisal Medical City will have 1, 350 beds whereas Prince Mohammed Medical City
will have 1, 000 beds. Both are designed to de-institutionalize healthcare through patient and family-centric healthcare delivery and through the integration of the built and natural environment.

The projects from 7-10 are forming a Program which is managed by Hill international and as ZFP as a consultant, I was leading and managing the planning team in contractor's PMO, and actively participated in preparing plans, schedules and EOT claims for these projects.

Main Duties:
- Select, Interview, Hire, train and supervise all planning and cost control staff.
