• Lead and direct the PMC team to undertake day to day delivery of all project management tasks

• IMS: To improve the quality of planning work by conducting Review for Planning Processes and procedures and recommend Enhancements to IMS.

Projects 3 and 4 are part of the 55-billion SR project, located 1.9 miles (3 kilometers) southwest of the Prophet’s Mosque—the second-holiest site for Muslims—comprises two towers including four- and five-star 120, 000-capacity hotels with rooms totaling 40, 000.
The project is the largest launched in Medina by the Finance Ministry’s Public Investment Fund
Pk1 contains the biggest Chiller plants in the world, beside all infra-structure, services, landscape and roads.

King Faisal and Prince Mohammed Medical Cities are part of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia's vision to create world-class healthcare centers throughout the Kingdom. The medical cities are nearly identical in design, as they each include a 500 bed main hospital plus five specialty hospitals, as well as retail outlets, a hotel, a mosque and a housing development. The only significant difference between the cities is the number of patient beds—King Faisal Medical City will have 1, 350 beds whereas Prince Mohammed Medical City
will have 1, 000 beds. Both are designed to de-institutionalize healthcare through patient and family-centric healthcare delivery and through the integration of the built and natural environment.

The projects from 7-10 are forming a Program which is managed by Hill international and as ZFP as a consultant, I was leading and managing the planning team in contractor's PMO, and actively participated in preparing plans, schedules and EOT claims for these projects.

Main Duties:
- Select, Interview, Hire, train and supervise all planning and cost control staff.
- Prepare Project management plans for new projects and update it if necessary.
- Prepare baseline schedules - recovery schedules - cash flow .
- Prepare full resource estimation and load it to P6.
- Prepare shop drawing submittal schedule after coordination with Tech. team.
- Prepare Materials & long lead items submittal schedule after coordination with Tech. team and procurement dept.
