Act as the primary point of contact with corporate sales team & top corporate accounts.

Schedule monthly meeting with accounts SPOCs (according to account segment) to ensure account satisfaction.
•Handling billing inquiries and complains.
•Tracking of customer’s requests/complaints in all available forms, hard and/or soft.
•Promote Etisalat value through adding services to accounts SPOCs.
•Updating the database with modifications upon customer’s requests.
