Generalist:
• Carries out administrative tasks and coordinates various activities in order to support the high-quality
administrative support services.

Payroll:
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions,
and job title and department/division transfers.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and
nontaxable wages.
• Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security
taxes and employer’s social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Government Relations:
• Follow up on all licenses of the company and its branches, and contracts.
• Ensure that all licenses are present in the branches in their designated places.
• Follow up on all activities related to renewal and issuance of employee residencies and work permits,
renewal of employees’ passports and official papers and other government transactions (confirmation
of expiry date, etc.).
• Ensuring the signing of work affairs contracts for employees according to their locations, and the
issuance of transfer documents for new employees.

• Keeping the employees' passports, in addition to all their official papers and files, in the places
designated for them in the company.
• Ensure the readiness of the company's employees' payroll periodically and ensure that they are
delivered to the Ministry of Affairs on time.
• Follow up on the monthly payments of employees' social insurance.
• Maintaining the company's Permits in the places designated for them in the company/Stores and
visiting the branches periodically for checkups.
• Escalate any problem related to the company's official papers or employees to the line manager and
work to solve it in coordination with the concerned parties inside or outside the company.
• Performing any other duties related to the nature of work that may be requested by the line manager.
• Responsible for employees’ residencies (Renewal - Transfer - Cancellation issue new Visas).
• Print (Renewal, Transfer, and Cancellation - issue new Visas) forms with employees’ details, sign it from
the sponsor, and follow up, With PRO till obtain work permit, obtain employee’s medical insurance and
finalize them in immigration DEPT with applying for the new CID.
• Apply, follow up & update our department’s Data till obtain the licenses.
• Responsible for all store’s licenses (Commercial & Industrial, Fire, signage, special offers, gift and sales
licenses) obtain new licenses, renew, change name and address or cancel it.
Reports:
• Preparing periodic reports related to the Department of Governmental Affairs and submitting them to
the direct manager.

• Supervising the work and activities of the reception staff, which may include following up the process
of receiving visitors to ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter the company.
